How to fix Workbook Analysis Report for Inquire add-in. Office 365 enterprise Excel.

Error: "Unexpected error while analyzing current file...unable to process workbook 'C:\Users****\Desktop\Testing Inquiry.xlsx'. This workbook is corrupted and the data cannot be exported as XML"

I get this error when using the Inquire Workbook Analysis Report, Workbook Relationship and Worksheet Relationship. This occurs on any workbook no matter old or new. Saved location is on desktop.

I have tried repairing office 365. Re-installing office 365. I have tried removing the Inquire add-in and adding it back in.

Well, seems like you've already tried out the methods to repair the workbook but still not successful.

I'd like you to suggest some other methods as well-

1. Try running your workbook in Safe Mode. Press and hold the "Ctrl" key while starting Excel. This will prevent any add-ins from loading and if it works well, we know that the issue is related to add-ins.
2. Create a new workbook and try to use the Inquire features on it. If that workbook works, we know that there is some issue with the original workbook.

But even if these methods don't work out for you and the file is crucial for you. I'd suggest that you try repairing your file using a 3rd party excel recovery tool. There are many tools available in the market, you can try them out.
