Office365 deeplink add-ins Apps button does not open apps

Question

Hi,

I've been using the mail/deeplink below for opening new emails and when the email opens the add-ins Apps button no longer works. I don't see any errors in the console. If I save it as a draft and open from Outlook it does work. Could you help me resolve this?

This is the url I'm using: https://outlook.office.com/mail/deeplink/compose/{draft emailID}/
