Certification not found!

I have a new certification (Microsoft Azure). My old certification does not show (Microsoft Outlook). How do I get both certifications to show under my profile? The old certification Microsoft Outlook I have a Credly badge for it. I can not find it under my certifications. I am not even sure if a profile was made for the old certification. Is there a way to retrieve the old certification?

    I'd try asking for assistance with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. Participate\Ask A Question Learn / Cert Moderators will help you from there.
