Why do I no longer have the option to replace a file in SPO?

One file is being uploaded daily (with the same name as the original file seen in the screenshot) into a SPO document library. The GO Anywhere tool is being used for this auto upload and has been set up by a different individual in my IT dept. The replace option did work for the first several hundred file uploads.

I've tested by trying to upload a file with the same name and wasn't given the option to replace the file. And instead, a file with the same exact name was uploaded, which is not how SPO doc libraries typically work.

I've also turned off versioning in the Doc Library settings but that wasn't helpful.

Any ideas would be appreciated...

Thanks!

When you upload a file with the same name as previous file manually, SharePoint can keep both files, it will automatically add suffix at the end of the file name.

Due to GO Anywhere tool is a third-party tool, currently, Q&A forum does not provide third-party tool support.
