Sound like some sort of malware. You may need to clean install it.

My refurbished hp laptop seems to be linked to a domain. When I tried to reset to factory, it now asks me for my "mydigitalspace" login

I have reset my laptop which now reboots and asks for a MyDigitalSpace password. I have reinstalled windows 10, but it still reboots to this login page.
