Prompt yourself that you are editing Excel and can't find the background

Hello! I opened the shared excel sheet and said I was editing it and could only read it. I don't have any processes or programs in my background, and I can't restart my computer. Colleague open is also prompted me to edit, but I can't find where I open it, computer I only have this task manager and no excel process. Please give a workaround thank you!

    This can occur when there are hidden user locks associated with the file. You might check for hidden locks on the shared Excel file.

    In Excel, go to the "Review" tab, and in the "Changes" group, click on "Share Workbook."

    Under the "Editing" tab, look for a list of users who are currently editing the file, remove user.  If your name appears there, it means there might be a hidden lock associated with your user.
