    Hello

The CSP Windows 10/11 GGWA (Get Genuine Windows Agreement) License is a full license for Windows, meaning it does not have a Qualifying OS requirement. It’s typically used to legalize any installation of Windows.

If you exceed the number of licenses you have purchased, you would technically be in violation of the licensing agreement. It’s important to ensure that you have enough licenses to cover all the machines where you’re using the software.

As for reusing a license on a different machine after an employee has left the organization, it’s generally not recommended. GGWA licenses are typically tied to the hardware of the machine they were first activated on and are not transferable.

Regarding monitoring your GGWA licenses, Microsoft does not currently provide a specific portal or dashboard for tracking these licenses. You might need to manually track the usage of these licenses or use third-party software asset management tools to help with this task.
