Hi,

How can I set up an organization-wide email signature in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) that will get users' details from Server Active Directory?

And the signature must also generate the organization log.

Here's a detailed video guide on how to set up organization-wide email signatures in Microsoft 365

The guide shows the easiest way to deploy such signatures, using a free email signature generator which automatically adds AD placeholders to the HTML code.

Since the signature is added via a transport rule, every time it is applied, it will be mentioned in the message tracing reports. This should cover the "organization log" part.
