Hi

Is there any way to get sensitivity labels from document library files from all sites in Tenant?. I know we can use graph api, but in graph we have to loop all the files in the folders. I would take some more time, if the files are in larger volume. Are we having any management API in office 365 for taking out specific files from all sites with sensitivity labels assigned?

If there is anything, can you please point out here some options?

Have you checked the Content explorer tool? It will give you a breakdown per each label across all mailboxes, sites, and Teams. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/data-classification-content-explorer

If you are looking for a programmatic way to access the data exposed therein, there is none currently available, but Microsoft is working on releasing a PowerShell cmdlet: https://www.microsoft.com/bg-bg/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=117546
