Hi,

I have an issue with sharing Calendar in Outlook. A user want to share his calendar with an external organization. When the user accept, the calendar is empty. I tried to share it with my professionnal account and I have the same issue.

I tried to create an account named "test" on the same domain, created some events and shared it with my professional account and personal too (live.fr address), same issue.

Same thing on web app and Outlook up to date.

I tried to share my calendar with my live.fr address with success, it was instant.

In Exchange admin center, external domains are added in the sharing options of the organization, and users can share their calendar in detail with everyone. With powershell, the cmdlet Get-MailboxFolderPermission -"identity" "******@domain.xx:\calendrier" (yes, calendrier, you read right) shows every external users who need access have {reviewer} AccessRights.

I've no idea of what to check to resolve this issue, any idea ?

Hi @Anthony,

If this user publishes his calendar instead of sharing directly, would the issue persist?

Please refer to Publish your calendar part in this link: Share your calendar in Outlook on the web

I don't know why, everything is ok this morning. I'll check later if it's always resolved ; yesterday morning it was ok and the afternoon when I checked the same shared calendar was empty again.

Edit : And I tried to publish, it works too. I will propose this solution to my user, and feedback here later.
