We've been trying to enable Co-Management in SCCM 2303, but the Cloud Attach is greyed out.

Are you run the console on the SCCM server? And is it the top-level site server?

Thanks you for your anwser. We are running SCCM from the main server, but the cloud attach still greyed out.

First, make sure we have the required permissions to configure Cloud Attach, check your user role and make sure you have the Full Administrator or Cloud Attach Administrator permissions and have permissions to all instances under security scopes.
Then, if you have already configured Cloud Attach, you need to modify it instead of configuring it again.

The user has full administrative access to SCCM and Azure Intune, still greyed out.

If you try to install the hotfix for SCCM 2303, can you see the Cloud attach option?

We finaly enable cloud attch. We have to use the user that initialy setup SCCM. Thanks you for all your comments.
