Power automate list folder issue

Greetings,
I have an issue with a power automate flow. The issue is from the list folder provided by sharepoint. It searches for a group of folder. By this time i think there are a lto of folder stored there, so after sometime it started giving me an error saying. "Bad gateway 502" then when i checked more in detail it said "
The attempted operation is prohibited because it exceeds the list view threshold.
"
Any ideas on how I can fix this?
