VS 2019 Source Control Explorer Not Listing Folders

I am using VS2019 with TFS 2015. I am connected to the TFS in Team Explorer and can see the root folder in Source Control Explorer but not the folders and sub-folders. I have mapped the workspace to the physical path.

When I added a solution to the Source Control, it lists the folders and subfolders. But when I exist VS, and go back to VS, the folders and subfolders is no longer listed.

I migrated from VS and TFS 2012 where I am able to see the folders and sub-folders.

Any help would be muh appreciated.
