after update windows server 2016 icon showing white

request you to please help on the same. i have configured windows 2016 server with RDS server. from 27th july 2023 all ms office and other application is showing white but application wokring fine on desktop and start menu. due to the same user unable to identify document word, excel and other. please help to fic the same

I have followed below for the same issue. but issue is still same.

    Hello there,

    This might be due to Icon cache corruption.

    Open File Explorer > Folder Options > Views to show Hidden System Files.

    Next, go to C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local folder.

    Delete the hidden IconCache. db file. Reboot.

    This action would purge and rebuild the icon cache.
