Why am I Receiving Error 403 for Twitter & Power Apps Automate Flow

Hello All!

I hope you can help.

I have the Twitter dev account (basic plan) and I am attempting to setup an automated flow in Power Apps where when a user post on Twitter it will also post the tweet into a Teams Channel. I have everything connected. But I receive the below error.

"Error 403: You currently have access to a subset of Twitter API v2 endpoints and limited v1.1 endpoints (e.g. media post, oauth) only. If you need access to this endpoint, you may need a different access level."

Interestingly enough, the Twitter app is not stand alone and as instructed the app is placed within a project so that it can operate as v2.

If you can offer any guidance, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @AJ

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting. According to your description, your question is related to PowerAutomate. In order to better help you solve the problem, we suggest you go to the PowerAutomate forum to post this question. The following suggestion is just for your reference:

The error message you received indicates that you currently have access to a subset of Twitter API v2 endpoints and limited v1.1 endpoints (e.g. media post, oauth) only. If you need access to this endpoint, you may need a different access level. You can learn more about the different access levels and how to apply for them on the Twitter Developer Platform.
