- Verify your DC's DHCP reservations and leases. Reduce the number of entries you have for the problematic machines to just one for each. Then on those machines, execute ipconfig /release && ipconfig /renew.
Remove the network adapters from Device Manager before reinstalling the NICs by scanning for new hardware.
- Reset the default settings for your Windows Firewall profiles: Click "Restore Default Policy" after launching wf.msc.
- Turn off every firewall completely. Run wf.msc, select "Windows Firewall Properties", and set the Firewall state for each profile tab (Domain, Private, Public) to "Off" to configure Windows Firewall.
- Try to Assign static ip address and change switch port of this computer to different one.
