Can't install the Azure VPN Client

I understand that you are unable to install Azure VPN client and getting the following error "Deployment of package Microsoft.AzureVpn_3.1.3.0_neutral_split.scale-150_8wekyb3d8bbwe was blocked because the provided package has the same identity as an already-installed package but the contents are different. Increment the version number of the package to be installed, or remove the old package for every user on the system before installing this package. (0x80073cfb)".
- Do you already have VPN client installed? Or did you install it in the past on the same machine?
- Is this error happening when trying to install the VPN client or when trying to import a VPN client profile in the VPN client?
- If this happens when trying to install the VPN client, may I know from where you are trying to install it?

You should run the downloaded
Install.ps1file with PowerShell.The only options to get Azure VPN client are via MS Store or the standalone Appcenter link.

The issue you are facing doesn't seem to be an issue with the appcenter site or the downloaded files. It looks like an issue with your machine or policies. Please check with your admin if there are any policies restricting the MS store access and installation of applications.
