Accessing OpenAI from within VBA

I'm trying to access our OpenAI implementation via Excel and VBA. There are currently no OpenAI libraries for VBA. I'm trying to determine how to pass items like model, api_type, api_version, etc to the base URL but have not been able to do that. Has anyone been able to do this with a third-party library?
