View the query plan from 'slow query widget' in ADS

Hello,

I am continue to follow steps in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/azure-data-studio/tutorial-qds-sql-server?view=sql-server-ver16 and stuck at the point where need to analyze Query Plan.

I followed all steps in tutorial and now I opened 'Run Query' item from ellipses(...)

Could you please explain the steps that I should take to analyze Query plan from this widget at this point?

There are plan icons in the ribbon that you can select based on the analysis you need

I saw those icons in the ribbon

My point was different

In my case I have a list of 7 slow queries

I assume that each of it has its own Plan

Hence my point was how to select Plan for each of it

In my case when I select any of the query and then click on e.g. 'Estimated Plan' button I see the same Plan

Thanks for you referenced link I browsed and it looks very helpful. I will watch it later in details.

Still my confusion is how could I map Plan to particular Results record. My point: in my case I have Results which consists of 7 records. I expect that I should select particular record and then analyze Plan. It looks to me that in my case ... whatever record I select Plan is the same ... maybe it's only my confusion.

Hence my general question is for selection of corresponding Plan: is it correct that user should select a row in Results and then start to play with Plan?
