"Upon Investigating deeper our engineering team identified that this issue happened because of an incorrect change made to an Azure Active Directory application which started failing the KUDU SSO authentication and they have rolled back the change".
Request you to retry accessing the KUDU console through Advanced tools and do let us know if you are facing any issues.
