From the regular Microsoft Answers forum, having advisement of a moderator there, I will redirect my post here.

The only changes I made to fix this problem was turning off and on the Print Spooler under Services, Control Panel. Earlier this month I acquired a Konica Minolta bizhub C3550 laser all-in-one that had been in the office of one of their executives. Technicians delivered it for me to use in place of one I had of a series that they no longer make. They no longer make the ones that were one-third of this size for families and small business. They tested it upon delivery once they downloaded and installed the drivers, and gave me a supply of consumables. Now that I have to actually use it I cannot send anything to it for print. It is on a network with my Mac Monterey from which likewise it does not print. Windows troubleshooting did not find a fix. Besides the last attempt in Control Panel, I did the typical disconnecting, shutting off and on without success. For the room this machine takes up, I'd like it to work. This is an open invitation for all ideas. My former machine has no up-to-date drivers, no compatibility with the latest operating systems and will require aftermarket toner cartridges instead of original equipment. So, we have an organization-sized laser printer that has to sync with a typical PC. The jobs just get caught in the queue without showing error messages. Thank you for all to whom this post makes sense.

What I need to add here is that from Printer Properties I cannot even send a test page. With a flier under the glass I tested the Copy function and got one close to the original. Later today I plan to power the machine down and exchange Ethernet connections in case one of the terminals is damaged.

This thread was mostly ignored; but their technicians assisted me. The device has a URL from which the printer disconnected. With their help we reset the address. I would not have posted here if someone else in these forums did not suggest it. It looks as though ignoring a client's post is not a code of conduct violation.
