Hi All

One of my user is unable to see the option to send voice notes in Teams from Mobile device. Is there any global policy to allow voice notes. The user is trying to send voice notes to one of our internal user. please guide me on this.

    Hi @Glenn Maxwell

    If the user cannot see the function of sending voice on the Teams mobile client, it is because the user has disabled this function in the messaging policy.

    Please contact your administrator to enable this feature for users in Teams admin center.
