Hi,

I have created an IT request form in Microsoft Teams and there is a section for the user/requester to mention their manager's email address as well.

So, I want that the user manager receives an email with the form attached to approve it.

Please advise how can I proceed with this.

Will really appreciate your response. Thank you.

    Hi @Shakeel Ahmad

Are you using the Approval features built into Teams?

According to my testing, Teams built-in Approval can't send emails to approvers but only Teams notifications, this is by design.

If you want to send an email to the approver when the approval is sent, please use the approval action in PowerAutomate, so that the approval will not only send a Teams notification to the approver but also send an email to him.
