My Teams app doesn't start on Windows

Question

I use a PC with Windows 11 at work. We don't have a Teams licence, but we use it when customers or so are inviting us.
On my new PC, the app doesn't start. It's stucked on this window :

In my web browser it works fine.

What can I check ?

Please try clearing the Teams team cache:

If clearing the cache does not resolve the issue, uninstall Teams and reinstall.

Clearing the cache allow me to go further and launch Teams.
