I Configured a Azure VM based Windows Server 2016 Datacenter.

And I am planning to join to On-Premise AD-DC.

Absolutely, I set the dns address to ad-dc.

But, It Can't...

I think,

the cause that not joining is any port or MS resourses url access.

Please let me know how to join Azure VM and On-premise AD-DC.

    HI @Azure_Inf ,

If you want to domain-join your Azure VM to your on-premises Active Directory (AD) you need to either:

    1. Establish a connection between on-premises to an Azure Virtual Network:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/enterprise/connect-an-on-premises-network-to-a-microsoft-azure-virtual-network

    2. Use Azure Active Directory Domain Services:
    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/active-directory-ds/

Here's also a guide on how to accomplish this:
Join an Azure VM to an on-prem Active Directory
