Reg Process Explorer Source Code

Question

Hi team,

 We must find our Java thread's CPU consumption using Microsoft process explorer. But, we should run the program every time, which is a long process. So, we are going to automate the  program with our product. 

Hence, please provide the Process Explorer's source code to us or help us to get the process explorer output(especially thread IDs and their CPU usage) as a test file(any file type).
