Teams App on Chromebook Preventing Sign In - Access is Denied

I have downloaded the Teams app on a set of Domain Managed Chromebooks, no matter what user ID I try, when loading the Teams App and being prompted for Login Credentials the Message "Access is Denied" is displayed and I cannot progress any further.
I have whitelisted the urls and IPs as instructed so wondered if there is something else I need to action in order for the app to work.
I have used the logins in the Chrome Browser version on the Chromebooks and these work fine as do any Windows/Apple devices with the App.
Any suggestions?

    Hi @Mrs K Lindsay (KN) ,

Does this issue persist all the time?

According to your description, it seems this issue is only happened in Teams client on ChromeBook. In this case, we recommend you try to clean your Teams client to see if it it can be fixed on your client.
