Hello,

is there a way to rename a label in Form Recognizer Studio without the need of retraining the whole model?

Hello @Michael , I can understand your situation. But the only option we have is to retrain the project after changes. May be try adding more documents for training and see if it helps.

To rename a label in a project, you can follow these steps:

Open the labeling project in FR studio.
Find the label that you want to rename and select it.
Choose the "Rename" option from the menu or right-click on the label and choose "Rename".
Enter the new name for the label and hit "Enter" to save the changes.

After renaming the labels, it's essential to retrain the project. This ensures that when testing a document, the updated label names will be applied. Otherwise, only the original label names would be in use.

Thanks for your help. The issue with the renaming and following retraining is that retraining in my case lead to a much worser performance of the model. I'm aware deep learning uses some stochastic processes but it's kind of a lottery to get the same performance as with the old model.
