Is it possible to Publish iOS MAUI Application on Existing Apple App Store Application built on .net Xamarin.Forms?

  • The current Application is developed in Xamarin.Forms and Published on Apple App Store.
  • Expecting: While Publishing an upgraded version of the same application which is developed in the MAUI Platform and Replaced with an existing Application while Publishing the MAUI Application.

Hello,

Is it possible to Publish iOS MAUI Application on Existing Apple App Store Application built on .net Xamarin.Forms?

Yes. If you migrate your Xamarin.Forms app to MAUI, you could manage the app versions, and publish the MAUI app from the next version.

The key point is that you should use the same App Store distribution provisioning profile (and same App ID) as your previous project. The App built by MAUI will then replace the existing app in the App Store.

Please refer to Publish a .NET MAUI iOS app for App Store distribution - .NET MAUI | Microsoft Learn

(It's not necessary to create a new certificate and provisioning profile, just select the previous provisioning profile)
