What's the history here? Assuming a new install I wouldn't spend any time with this. I'd clean install it, patch fully and move on.

System Windows Server 2022 Data Center - After few seconds (7-10sec) of idleness the screen goes blank and then shows the log in screen. No domain policies are loaded. I've already changed screen saver and power plan settings but to no avail. There is a log on Event Viewer about running a task UserTask-Roam, that checks out with the time of the log off.
