Error code 0x8A15001B in Microsoft Intune typically indicates a problem related to the installation or management of apps on devices.

Ensure that the apps you are trying to install are compatible with the device's operating system version.

Look for more detailed error information in the Intune console. Sometimes, the error message might provide additional context about what's causing the problem.

In order to be able to distribute universal apps via Intune, the user (on the end device) needs access to the Microsoft Store. If access is blocked, the error mentioned above occurs

Grant access to the Microsoft Store, e.g. via group policy :

Computer Configuration >Policies >Administrative Templates >Windows Components >Store | Turn off the Store application = not configured

Computer Configuration >Policies >Administrative Templates >Windows Components >Store | Disable Store application = not configured
