I am trying to see everyone across my organization that has been granted PAL on our Azure subscriptions. I have a few questions around PAL and how it is managed. Is there a way to see this other than running a powershell script? Is there a way to manage who was granted this access at a higher than subscription level? Can a policy that can be written that would direct PAL approval to come thru a central point vs to subscription owners?
