Jose Faelman In addition to Matthijs van der Veer response,

We've identified suspicious activity in this subscription. To protect your account, we've disabled the subscription. Please contact Azure Support to resolve the issue.

A subscription can get disabled due to many reasons like your credit has expired, you reached your spending limit, have an overdue bill, hit your credit card limit, or because the Account Administrator cancelled the subscription.

I would suggest you, follow this documentation to Reactivate a disabled Azure subscription.

If none of those steps work for you, the next option is to contact Azure Billing support team by creating a billing support request. Azure Billing support is available to all Azure customers for free.

Follow steps on how to Create an Azure support request

Select 'Billing' under 'Issue Type' while creating the support request from Azure Portal.

    Hope this helps.
