As an educator, are any keys I download from Azure Dev Tools for Teaching able to be used as lab keys?

I need to set up a lab using 3 servers per student in hyper-v. As an educator, are any keys I download from Azure Dev Tools for Teaching able to be used as lab keys? If not, can you advise me how to obtain the necessary lab keys.
