Hello, I have a Microsoft account on which I have 8 licenses of office packages 2016 and 2019 and one license 365. Now I got a new computer and I have to install office 2016, everything worked fine, I logged into the account, found the package, downloaded the installation and everything worked fine, but when starting word it doesn't say 2016 but 365, how to solve it? Because this Microsoft, as far as I can see, only pushes the 365 license and doesn't want me to install 2016 at all?

    Hi @A S,

Nowadays, the splash screen appears to mention "365" no matter which version has been installed; this has been reported earlier. The information under File > Account is correct. Confirm the Office version by going to File > Account.
