Migrate to Microsoft Entra Cloud Sync or upgrade to the latest version of Microsoft Entra Connect Sync before 1 October 2023

"Your tenant is using a retired version of Microsoft Entra Connect. Beginning 1 October 2023, we’ll no longer support Microsoft Entra Connect V1.x, and your server will stop syncing updates to Microsoft Entra ID. Before that date, you’ll need to migrate to Microsoft Entra Connect Cloud Sync or upgrade to the latest version of Microsoft Entra Connect Sync."

can you help me how can i check my tenanat, where is option from cloud AD..and will MS help me to migrate to new tenanat

what steps we as exhange admins have to take

    I "think" I found the solution...

    I went to the Azure Active Directory Connect Health page:
    https://entra.microsoft.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_ADHybridHealth/AadHealthMenuBlade/~/QuickStart

    Click Sync services in the left menu. Select your domain/service name. Select the old V1 server, and delete it, leaving only the server running the updated AAD Connect.

    The warning to upgrade that was on the top of the Connect Health page disappeared after I did that. Hoping the emails stop now (can't say if this will help - too soon to tell yet).

    We are having the same problem but we migrated to connect V2 on a new server following the guide yesterday. Once the emails started a few days, they have not stopped coming in 5-15 mins apart for hours. We get a pause and it starts back up again even after upgrading/migrating to the new version. We did follow the decomm part too on the server and in azure

    i checked the sync tool version it is showing 1.5.42.0 is it the lastest version i am using. do i need to upgrade it and this one is entra coonect sync tool version

    plz give me more information as we have Microsoft entra connect sync tool ( AD connect sync tool) and other one is Microsoft Entra Connect Cloud Sync (AD connect cloud tool)
