I get xp points when i complete a learning. what are all the levels in a list form. is there 'hours complete' associated with the level ranges?

I have noticed you provided a low rate in the answer provided regarding xp points when you completed a learning. You earned Badges which are achievements that you earn when you finish a module. These awards will appear on your profile.
That is not available in the doc, points are visible on top of each page as shown below.

But what are the points for? What are the levels for?
You get the badges when you complete the module, not for earning a certain amount of XP or level.

I've seen that. Isn't there a full list that shows all the levels for each range of points?
Afraid there is no list. You can browse the modules here then looking in the upper right corner to see the points.

You get the badges when you complete the module, not for earning a certain amount of XP or level.
Points are merely an incentive and cannot be purchased or exchanged for an exam or product or to develop your position at work

XP or "eXperience points" measure your achievements in completing Microsoft Learn training content. You can view the amount of awarded XP next to the title of each learning path, module, and unit.
