Been trying to create a Logic App to tweet on a schedule. Got it all setup and getting a 403 error. (below)
My app within Twitter Dev is under a project and has read/write access. Anyone having a similar issue?

Can you please confirm if you have an application registered as "Standalone App" or under any project? Please confirm if you have reviewed this document and configured it as per documented. I don't see any issue at my end.

Yes, it is part of a project and not a standalone app. I followed the document whilst created the app. Still nothing I'm afraid. Getting the same error. -

The project the app is a part of has free access to Twitter v2 API so should be able to post.

I can see that your issue is currently happening with others as seen below:
Yesterday everything was fine. Now: You currently have access to a subset of Twitter API v2 endpoints and limited v1.1 endpoints (e.g. media post, oauth) only
I recommend to take this to the twitter forums to alert the Twitter developers to see if a fix can be made to the APIs.
