Authenticator is not working

Question

My daughter is having trouble accessing her school account at UOttawa .  

When she was setting up accounts, she did not have a smart phone, so we used my phone to make authentications.

Now , she has her own phone but the  authenticator app and her email is still linked to my phone.

Can you help?

You'll need the school admins to add the new authentication device to the account then a new QR can be generated with which you can link up the new device to the account.
