Delete directory and recreate in another account

I have 2 owner account for Azure. I created a directory in one account. so lets say its called xyz.onmicrosoft.com. How can I move this tenant/ad/domain to another account?

If I delete the tenant will I be able to create a new directory in the other account with the same domain name?

    you are absolutely correct. If you try to delete the directory and create a new directory with same name, Azure will not allow you to do this for 90 days.

    There are different kinds of accounts in Azure. Depending on which account you want to change you will have to follow those steps.
