So sorry for your Azure subscription being disabled.
There are several Q&A answers on this topic but the bottom line is you will need to contact Microsoft by phone or with a support ticket to get this resolved.
Azure is very strict about any VMs running malicious code.
Meanwhile, the best quick solution since your subscription ID and necessary information is not listed in your statement above.
Try these two things:
- Click on Feedback button, that is before your sign in ID icon.
- Then, click on "If you need help, please contact support" button, as it's shown in the image, which will open a page that you can use to type the exact incident and what is going on
