We are using adaptive cards https://adaptivecards.io/ for UI in our Microsoft teams bot app. we wanted to check if there is any support to mention users in textarea input control of the adaptive card. so when user type @ then list of users should appear on UI within textarea and then user can select the user as tag.
can you please advice on this or any work around if possible, thanks

Actually we wanted UI like this
its similar way you are tagging me in this textarea as well when you type @sa below screen appears , we need this type of UI in textarea control in teams bot
@Rajendra -Could you please try the following sample? In the 'Select the member to assign the task:' section, you can mention a name, and then you will receive a list of users.-

@Sayali-MSFT yes we can use the multiselect dropdown field ,but its not fulfill our requirement.
we just wanted confirmation if microsoft teams bot support tagging user in textarea by @mentioning
our requirement is to add comment and while adding comment tag multiple users at multiple places in textarea as screenshot attached in my previous comment.

Currently, this requirement is not supported in Teams task modules.
