Sporadic display freezing, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and UNEXPEXTED_STORE_EXCEPTION on Windows 11 laptop

Hey there,

since a few months, I am running a laptop with Windows 11 Pro N installed as the only operating system. Its configuration is as follows: Intel Core i9-13900HX CPU, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU, 2x 32 GB (64 GB) DDR5-4800 Samsung RAM, 4 TB M.2 Seagate FireCuda 530 SSD, Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 Wireless LAN module and 4K/UHD Display.

From time to time, I am experiencing its display, in- and output completely freezing. Sometimes, when sound was playing in this moment, the last tone of the speaker continues endlessly. After the display picture is standing still for minmum a few seconds, maximum a minute, I get an UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION BSoD in most cases. From time to time, it's a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSoD instead or nothing happens until I shut down the device manually by pressing the power button for 3 to 5 seconds. In all of these cases, no further mouse or keyboard inputs are possible after freezing. The bluetooth connection to linked devices gets lost after around 20 seconds, too.

Unfortunately, neither the BSoDs themselves, nor the event log deliver further information about the issue that is helpful for me. The only things I see are an error EventLog about the unexpected shutdown (ID 6008, no task category provided), a critical Kernel-Power event (ID 41, task category "(63)") logging the non-ordinary shutdown itself and an Eventlog error message saying "The surveillance events were deleted before transport" (ID 1101).

Now, I want to figure out if the problem is fixabe without setting up Windows 11 freshly, if I have to do a clean re-install of Windows and all drivers, or if nothing of that can help and I have to return the computer to the distributor for repair. Can you please help me with that decision and provide ideas how to find out the cause of the errors? Perhaps there is an easy way to fix them, that would be very helpful.

Thank you very much in advance!

Greetings,
DM

    Hello

Possible reasons for system hang include:

    1.hardware problem

    2.System/Application Deadlock

    3.kernel resource usage exception

    4.virus/malware

Ways to find out the cause of the error include:

1.Open Performance Monitor to check system resource usage:
