Why Can't Tableau Server Save Microsoft Credentials for OneDrive and SharePoint Files?

We created an App Registration to allow for authentication from Tableau Server (v2023.1.4) so users can connect to OneDrive and SharePoint files for reports/visualizations in Tableau. Unfortunately, once we authenticate, it appears that the credentials won't save in Tableau. Within Tableau logs, we can see that we are successfully posting the authentication request, but we get a 401 error and are unable to add the OAuth token. Naturally, Tableau Support says it's something wrong in Azure/App Registration. Where in our MS logs would show why we are getting this error in Tableau? How can I determine if something incorrect in our App Registration?

This is resolved. After failing to authenticate using our Client ID and Secret ID, we tried using the Secret Value (rather than the Secret ID) and were successful.
