Issue with Installing "Web-Windows-Auth" Feature Blocking Chef Client

I'm facing an issue while installing the "Web-Windows-Auth" feature on our Windows server. Whether through the UI or PowerShell, the system keeps saying it can't find a specific piece needed for the installation.

This problem is blocking me from running the Chef client on the server, so I can't install our application on the new servers. It's like trying to assemble a puzzle with a missing piece.

I've tried standard fixes without success. If anyone has insights or suggestions, please share. This is a critical issue, and I'm actively working to resolve it.
