Which Azure AD services are available in China and which Azure AD services are unavailable in China ?

The customer wants to use Azure AD, however, the customer is located in China. In order to help the customer architect / build a plan for using Azure AD services in China it is necessary to understand / know which Azure AD services are available in China and which Azure AD services are unavailable in China. Is there a list that shows which Azure AD services are available and which Azure AD services are unavailable (not available) for use in China? Please share the information and any reference documentation.
