    Hi @Vikas Vijay Bhadvalkar

This error message usually indicates that there is an issue with the Remote Desktop licensing configuration. Here are a few things you can check to resolve the issue:

    1. Check that the Remote Desktop licensing mode is set correctly. You can do this by opening the Remote Desktop Licensing Manager on the license server and verifying that the licensing mode is set to "Per User" or "Per Device", depending on your licensing model.
    2. Verify that the license server is activated and has valid licenses installed. You can do this by opening the Remote Desktop Licensing Manager and checking the status of the license server and the available licenses.
    3. Check that the Remote Desktop Session Host server is configured to use the correct license server. You can do this by opening the Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration tool and verifying that the license server is set correctly.
    4. Verify that the Remote Desktop Session Host server can communicate with the license server. You can do this by checking the network connectivity between the two servers and verifying that there are no firewall rules blocking communication.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.

If this does answer your question, please accept it as the answer as a token of appreciation.

    Hello @VikasVijayBhadvalkar-8810

have you validated your license schema ?

Have look here for the LIcense Requirements:

    Operating systems and licenses

You have a choice of operating systems (OS) that you can use for session hosts to provide desktops and applications. You can use different operating systems with different host pools to provide flexibility to your users. We support the following 64-bit versions of these operating systems, where supported versions and dates are inline with the Microsoft Lifecycle Policy.

    Expand table

    Windows 11 Enterprise multi-sessionWindows 11 EnterpriseWindows 10 Enterprise multi-sessionWindows 10 Enterprise License entitlement:Microsoft 365 E3, E5, A3, A5, F3, Business Premium, Student Use BenefitWindows Enterprise E3, E5Windows VDA E3, E5Windows Education A3, A5External users can use per-user access pricing by enrolling an Azure subscription instead of license entitlement.
