SCOM 2016 command based subscriptions intermittently don't fire

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot subscriptions which aren't firing? I've tried viewing the event viewer but cannot find any issues outside of some group calculation stopped informational entries.

    Hi,

Here's a troubleshooting guide to help you identify and resolve the problem:

    Test the Command:

    • Test the command associated with the subscription manually to ensure it runs without errors.
    • If the command requires parameters, make sure they are correctly set and passed.

    Check Security Context:

    • Ensure that the account running the command in the subscription has the necessary permissions to execute the command on the target systems.
    • The SCOM action account and the account used in the command should have the required permissions.

    Check for Blocked Operations:

    • If the command involves file access, network access, or other potentially blocked operations, ensure that firewalls, security software, and group policies are not interfering.
