We have encountered a Network Down on one of our Area, Upon checking we found a hang up PC, When we have unplugged the network cable from the Hang up PC, the Network came back up (Network become operational).

We always experience this kind of issue on other areas running different versions of Windows. We want to know the solution

    Hello

There are a few possible reasons why a Windows 10 computer might freeze and take down the whole network. One possibility is that there might have been recent changes with the network connection of the computers that you’re using. Another possibility is that there might be incorrectly configured settings or system file corruption.

To troubleshoot the issue, you can try the following:

    • Verify if there were any recent changes made on the Windows 10 computer prior to the issue.
    • Check if you encountered any error messages on the Windows 10 computer.
    • Make sure that the computer is set up to get a complete memory dump file and that you can access it through the network.
    • Check if there are any updates available for your version of Windows 10. You can do this by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and clicking on Check for updates. If there are updates available, install them and see if that resolves the issue.
