How to fix my external hard drive from not showing up?

My external hard drive was downloading a game and randomly disconnected so now it wont pop up on my windows devices and drives. The external hard drive pops up as a disk in my disk management when i disconnect and connect it. I've tried renaming the drive letter but that wont work, ive also reset my laptop with no luck. The disc pops up in my disc management with no primary partitions and no unallocated partitions at all, please help me out.

Hi, It might be the case that the hard disk is broken. You can try to partition and format it again. If this does not work then the disk is out of order. Hope this helps!
